Overwhelmed by.

After finishing dinner upon returning home, I will make a three-month schedule. Despite wanting to cherish all 12 months, time always seems to fly by so quickly each year. I feel overwhelmed by the number of things I want to do and need to do, and the lack of time. Rather than feeling inadequate, I am a little disappointed that there are not as many things I can actually do.

I immediately accepted an invitation to go to Hokkaido for a day trip the other day because I had that kind of feeling. If the invitation had been for an overnight trip, I might have declined because I was busy, and put it off for another time. As it turned out, the flights were cancelled and I ended up staying overnight, but it turned into a wonderful and memorable trip. I want to travel a lot this year.

Getting away from the usual place may be an important thing for me, so that I don't become like a woodworm that can't jump out because it thinks there's a lid on the bottle. I want to stretch myself occasionally.

While enjoying a unique taste of butter candy that contrasts with the busyness, I opened a blog that I don't usually write in.
